1lb Ground Beef
1 Sweet Pepper (diced)
2 Cups Uncooked Couscous
In a small pot bring 3 cups of salted water to a boil. Add couscous, cover, and turn to low. Cook until all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. In a large skillet heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium high heat. Cook sweet pepper stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add beef. Cook, breaking apart until cooked through. Mix in cooked couscous, sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
